The Forrged Core Station is a compact yet powerful outdoor calisthenics station designed for full-body strength, mobility, and skill training. Built with a 1.5m pull-up bar (32 mm grip) and parallel dip bars (45 mm), this durable steel frame is perfect for bodyweight fitness at home, in the garden, or as part of an outdoor gym setup.

From pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips, to advanced movements like muscle-ups, hanging leg raises, and push-up variations—you can train every major muscle group with one versatile station.

With Forrged’s signature minimalist design, the Core Station combines durability, weather resistance, and functionality. Whether you’re building raw strength, improving endurance, or mastering advanced calisthenics skills, this outdoor workout station has you covered.

 

  • Main uprights & support frame: 50×50 mm square tubing (great choice — strong, rigid, and clean look).
  • Pull-up bar: 32 mm round bar at 1.5m length (ideal diameter — comfortable for grip, reduces hand strain, works for strict pull-ups & muscle-ups).
  • Dip bars: 45 mm round bar at 650 mm length (solid & stable; slightly thicker grip, which actually helps build forearm strength).

Lead Times

All Forrged products are made to order, and are subject to an estimated 1–2 weeks production lead time (depending on the product, the item an be shipped out sooner). However, depending on the product and order size, lead times may be shorter — we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We do our absolute best to stay within this timeframe, but please note that delays may occasionally occur due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our work.

Factors such as public holidays, busy seasons, material availability, or unexpected disruptions may impact timelines. While we’ll always strive to keep you updated with accurate ETAs and progress along the way, some delays are unfortunately out of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully craft your piece — and promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide using trusted courier services:

  • Smaller Deliveries: The Courier Guy, Fast Way
  • Larger Deliveries: Time Freight, H&M removals

Collection is available at our workshop in Johannesburg, Alrode South (Free Collection). Installation is available if you are based in Johannesburg).

Estimated Delivery Times (after manufacturing):

  • Major Cities & Surrounding Areas: 2–4 business days
  • Regional or Outlying Areas: 4–7 business days


Deliveries are curbside only unless arranged in advance

In the rare event that you receive a product that arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise. We understand how disappointing that can be and are here to resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please keep in mind that many of our materials — especially solid wood — naturally include variations in colour, grain, knots, and surface markings. These are not defects, but rather characteristics of authentic, organic craftsmanship. Changes in wood, such as slight cracking or movement, are expected over time and reflect the nature of living materials.

While our support team is available to assist with any concerns related to materials, workmanship, or courier damage, please note that general wear and tear or accidental damage that occurs over time does not qualify as a product defect.

That said, we’re always happy to offer care tips, maintenance advice, or recommendations for minor repairs when needed.
