1. How long does it take to make and deliver my order?

Most of our products are handmade to order. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the item. Custom orders may take longer.  Once completed, delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

2. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across South Africa. We use trusted courier services and will send you tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Can I customise my order?

Absolutely! Whether you want a specific size, colour, or feature, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Just send us a message on WhatsApp (069 251 0588) or email us.

Got a unique requirement or a vision for something specific? Get in touch with us — we’re happy to help bring it to life. We offer custom design and manufacturing services on request. Please note that custom work is quoted separately and may carry additional costs depending on complexity and materials.

4. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality mild steel, powder-coated finishes, and durable materials suited for both indoor and outdoor use. Every piece is meticulously built to last and handcrafted in our workshop.

5. Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes! If you're based near Alberton, Gauteng, you’re welcome to arrange a collection. Please get in touch with us first to schedule a time.

6. Do you accept returns or refunds?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects or damage during delivery within 7 days of receiving your item. Custom pieces are unfortunately non-refundable. See our Returns Policy for more.

7. Do you offer bulk orders or discounts for businesses?

Yes, we work with interior designers, gyms, offices, and retail stores. If you’re placing a bulk or trade order, reach out for a custom quote.

9. Do you offer installation?

Yes, we do offer installation for select products, but this must be arranged in advance and depends on your location. Installation is available in Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Additional cost may apply, depending on the nature of the product and area (such as rural locations, complex buildings, oversized/heavy items).
